Online Books Pro (“we”) is a bookkeeping studio based in Miami, South Florida. This note covers the public website and the inquiries you send through it.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email, optional phone and business name, and the message you write. The form is delivered to us by email; to protect against spam, the server briefly keeps your IP address and the time of submission. Emails you send to [email protected] are kept so we can reply and, if we work together, so we can do the books.
What we do not collect here
This website does not take bank logins, Social Security numbers, or card numbers. Those, when needed for bookkeeping, move through QuickBooks and other tools we will name in writing first.
How we use it
Inquiry details are used to reply, quote, and — if you become a client — to provide bookkeeping. We do not sell your information. We do not send newsletters unless you ask.
How long we keep it
Inquiries we do not take on are deleted within two years, unless the law says otherwise. Client files follow the retention rules in our engagement letter.
