Do you file my taxes?
No. I keep the books clean and tax-ready, then your CPA or enrolled agent files. I will happily work with whoever you already use, and I can introduce you to a tax pro if you do not have one.
Do I have to switch software?
I work in QuickBooks Online. If you are already there, we keep it. If you are on desktop, spreadsheets, or nothing, I will help you move without losing history.
What if my books are a mess?
That is most of the first month. Catch-up is a separate, quoted piece of work. Once we are current, monthly books stay current.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. Finish the month we are in, and you can stop. I will send your file over in good order.
How do you get into my bank?
Read-only feeds through QuickBooks, or statements you upload. I never need permission to move money.
Who will I actually talk to?
Me. Yanay. Online Books Pro is a small practice on purpose. You are not routed through a help desk.
What does a month of books actually include?
Every transaction coded, every account matched to the bank, a profit and loss, a balance sheet, and a short note on anything that looks off. That package lands by the 15th.
Do you work with businesses outside Florida?
Yes. The practice is based in Miami, and the work is virtual. Clients are all over the U.S.
