I learned bookkeeping the unglamorous way: on a CPA firm’s small-business desk in Miami, closing files for contractors, cafes, and people who made things with their hands. The work I liked was not the audit binder. It was the owner who finally saw a month clearly.
I opened Online Books Pro so that kind of owner could have a dedicated closer — not a junior rotating off the file in six months, and not a piece of software that still needs a human to tell groceries from job supplies.
I am a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. I do not file taxes, give legal advice, or take permission to move your money. I keep the books honest, on time, and easy to hand to the person who does those other jobs.

How I like to work
Email first. Short notes, not portals. If a transaction looks wrong I ask once, plainly. If the month is quiet I still close it on time. You should never have to chase me for the 15th.
Who is not a fit
Public companies, funds, and teams that need a full-time controller on Slack all day. If you have outgrown a one-person studio I will say so and help you find the next step.
