Miami, South Florida · Online nationwide · I write back within one business day.

How it works

The first month, in order.

No sales call. No six-week onboarding deck. You write, I quote, I clean up the backlog, and a report lands on the 15th.

  1. 01

You write. I send a quote.

Tell me what the business does, roughly how many transactions you have, and whether the books are current. I reply within one business day with a flat monthly rate — or a catch-up quote if you’re behind. No sales call required.

Re: monthly books — $525 flat, no contract

Thanks for writing, Marcus. For a service business at your volume, monthly books are $525. That covers categorization, matching every account to the bank, and a profit and loss by the 15th.

You have four months of backlog. Catch-up is $280 for each of those months, done first, then we roll into the regular close. Cancel any month you don’t need me.

If that sounds right, I’ll send a one-page engagement and a list of what I need to start.

    I catch the books up.

You share read-only bank access and your QuickBooks login. I import the statements, sort the backlog, and match every account. You keep running the business. I stay in your inbox if something looks off.

The report lands on the 15th.

Each month the books close. A profit and loss, a balance sheet, and a short note arrive by the 15th. Forward it to your CPA. Ask questions. Cancel any month you don’t need me — there is no long contract.
